Welcome to The Saucedo Real Estate Group app support page. Use this page to learn how to access training, events, announcements, marketing tools, notifications, and your account settings.
Email SupportThe Learning section includes onboarding lessons every new agent should complete. This helps you understand the app, tools, expectations, and marketing process.
Events include open houses, live marketing meetings, birthdays, team updates, and important calendar reminders.
Check Announcements for important updates from The Saucedo Real Estate Group. This is where team-wide messages and urgent updates will be posted.
Marketing Meetings are used for training, campaign planning, content ideas, CRM education, and agent growth tasks.
Use Marketing Tools for templates, scripts, social media ideas, listing promotion resources, AI tools, and agent support materials.
The leaderboard tracks agent activity inside the app. Agents earn points by completing training, attending meetings, posting helpful updates, engaging in channels, using marketing tools, and participating in team events.
Tap the bell icon near the top of the app. Open notification settings and turn on alerts for Announcements, Events, Marketing Meetings, Messages, and Learning updates.
Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner. Select Manage Your Account. From there, you can update your profile, password, notification settings, and preferences.
Open the Learning section. Complete the onboarding lesson before using the rest of the app.
Open the Events section. This is where open houses, live marketing meetings, birthdays, and team events will be posted.
Use the Real Estate Questions channel for agent questions. Use the Marketing Tools or Marketing Meetings channels for marketing-specific support.
